I set up accounting systems tailored to your needs, including, but not limited to, Quickbooks. I assist you with training and implementation.

 

I prepare forecasts and projections to help you confidently predict results from current or proposed operations such as expansion, collections, real estate investments or other situations.

 

I offer refinancing and new mortgages to my clients as a service to them. These are generally no points, no fees loans, although I have a whole range of loan types available. I do not charge you for my time to process the loan.

 

 

There are knowledgeable and ethical mortgage brokers, but there has been a rash of misleading advertising about mortgages. They advertise low rates or low payments, but do not tell you about the actual terms, rates, or fees that you will be charged. Even the best brokers may not provide the best match for your needs.

 

As your CPA, I know you and have a working knowledge of your financial situation. Because I value you as an individual and as an ongoing client, my focus is on finding the product that serves your overall business and personal goals. I will not recommend a loan that is not appropriate for you. I personally review all closing papers before you sign. I have tax and financial documents needed for a loan application, and can make the process easy for you.
